You will be billed once you place an order for your first Baby Tote Box. All subscriptions will be automatically renewed and re-billed on the first of every month.
If you sign up for a Baby Tote Box after the window for that month, re-billing will not occur until the month you receive your box. As an example, of you order June 25th, you will not be billed until July 1st. Re-billing will occur on August 1st.
Because Baby Tote Boxes are personalized for your little one, unfortunately, we do not except returns or exchanges. If you find that the products in the Baby Tote Box are defective or have been damaged during shipping, please submit a picture within five days to let us know at email@example.com.
